STREAMER ORIGINAL

Streaming Original deals are offered to films as a buyout, premiering the film on the streaming network. The film will be on that network indefinitely.

STREAMER LICENSE

Streaming Licenses are for films that have been released theatrically or digitally prior to their streaming release. The license is set for a specific period of time.

AVOD LICENSE

Streamers with ads and commercials license films as well. Their license may be a flat fee for a period of time or payout based on views and ad impressions.

80% to 90% PROFIT FOR FILMS

80/20 DISTRIBUTION SPLIT

FLMKR will split profit 80/20, favoring filmmakers, when a partner film is selected for distribution. Distribution may include theatrical, digital, and streaming outlets.

90/10 STREAMER SALE SPLIT

FLMKR will split profit 90/10 , favoring filmmakers, if a partner film is licensed by a streamer as an “original.” This is a one-time buyout of the film.

RECOUPABLE EXPENSES

Depending on the assets we need to create, like trailers and posters, there may be recoupable expenses. Each film is different and we will agree on the expenses prior to engagement.
